How it works

We collect, wash off site, and deliver back — you never have to move the rug yourself

Managing a rental or a house you are not in?

Rugs are regularly collected through a property manager, a cleaner or a neighbour with access rather than from the owner in person, and we will work around a changeover day if you tell us which one it is. Say so in the form and let us know who holds the key. Condition is photographed at collection either way.

How the wash works

Rug soaked by storm water, a creek or a leak?

Wet rugs are run ahead of routine work where the schedule allows. Do not wait for the adjuster to call back — the first forty-eight hours decide whether the rug is recoverable, and a fan pointed at it does not count as drying.

Downtown and the Historic District, the older neighborhoods along Oleander and Market, Landfall and Mayfaire, north through Ogden to Porters Neck and Figure Eight, out to Wrightsville, Carolina and Kure beaches, and over the bridges to Leland, Southport and Oak Island. If your neighborhood is not listed, ask anyway — it probably still works.
